HEAL. GROW. BELONG

PRIDE COUNSELING NORTHWEST

At Pride Counseling NW, we believe every person deserves a space where they can be fully seen, deeply understood, and supported in creating meaningful change. From that foundation, healing becomes possible—relationships deepen, old patterns begin to shift, and life starts to feel more aligned with who you are. We provide thoughtful, evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, families, and relationships, offering in-person counseling in the Tacoma area and secure telehealth throughout Washington and Nevada.

As a Queer-owned and Queer-operated group practice, we are proud to provide exceptional LGBTQIA+ affirming care while welcoming anyone seeking an inclusive, culturally responsive approach to therapy. Our work is grounded in the belief that every person deserves to be understood within the full context of their identity, relationships, culture, and lived experience. Clients choose Pride Counseling NW because they want therapy that is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of the complexity of being human.

Our therapists help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, and the evolving realities of modern relationships. We have extensive experience supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, queer and trans clients, polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous relationships, and kink communities, while also working with heterosexual individuals, couples, and families who value thoughtful, affirming, and socially conscious care.

Whether you're working to strengthen your relationship, heal from painful experiences, improve communication, explore your identity, or move through a major life transition, we'll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and clinical expertise. Together, we'll help you develop greater insight, build resilience, deepen connection, and create meaningful, sustainable change that extends well beyond the therapy room.

Pride Counseling NW offers compassionate, affirming therapy in Tacoma and via telehealth throughout Washington and Nevada for people seeking more than symptom relief. We partner with individuals, couples, families, and relationships to foster deeper self-understanding, healthier connections, and lives that feel authentic, grounded, and deeply fulfilling. Whether you're part of the LGBTQIA+ community or simply value inclusive, culturally responsive care, you'll find a place where your whole self is welcomed, respected, and supported.

We offer Individual, Couples, Family and Youth services with both in-person and telehealth options. All of our therapist offer a sliding scale for clients experiencing financial barriers to therapy.

We are glad you are here.
