As a Queer-owned and Queer-operated group practice, PCNW exists to help people live true to themselves and connected to others in ways that are safe, meaningful, and joyfilled. Rooted in social justice and cultural responsiveness, we stand beside individuals, especially (but not limited to) the LGBTQ community and their families—as they heal, grow, and rediscover their inherent belonging. Through compassionate counseling, we nurture authentic lives and cultivate the kind of connection that makes liberation and joy possible.

We offer Individual, Couples, Family and Youth services with both in-person and telehealth options. All of our therapist offer a sliding scale for clients experiencing financial barriers to therapy.
