Our therapeutic supervision provides licensed clinicians and trainees with reflective, skill-building, and ethically grounded guidance within an LGBTQ+ affirming framework. Supervision integrates clinical best practices, cultural humility, and attention to systemic factors that shape clients’ lives, supporting supervisors and supervisees in delivering competent, compassionate care.
Clinical skill development: assessment, case conceptualization, treatment planning, evidence-based interventions, trauma-informed care, and person-centered outcomes.
Strengthening therapeutic presence, transference/countertransference awareness, managing ruptures and boundary issues.
Group supervision options for peer learning, case consultation, and skill development.

Individual and small-group case consultation for licensed clinicians and advanced trainees working with LGBTQ+ clients.
Focus on clinical presentations including gender-affirming care, minority stress, intersectional trauma, and relationship/family dynamics.
