We are a private pay group practice, which means clients pay us directly at the time of their appointment using cash or a credit card. This model allows us to offer flexible, personalized care without the limitations that insurance companies can place on therapy.

For clients who would like to use their insurance benefits, we’re happy to provide a Superbill. Clients can submit this document to their insurance provider to request possible reimbursement for out-of-network therapy. We will walk clients through this process as needed so they feel supported every step of the way.

We are committed to making therapy as accessible as possible. To honor different financial realities, we offer a sliding fee scale, with rates adjusted based on family size and monthly income. This approach helps ensure that healing and mental health support remain within reach for everyone, regardless of economic circumstances.
