Our first session together is a 50–60 minute intake where we’ll go over paperwork, talk about what you’re hoping for in therapy, set some initial goals, and simply take time to get to know each other. We want you to feel comfortable, supported, and welcomed from the very beginning. Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with limited weekend times available.
