At PCNW, we believe people thrive when they live authentically and find connections that feel safe, meaningful, and real. Life can make those things feel out of reach, leaving us feeling hopeless, disconnected, or stuck. Our mission is to help you heal, build the skills to live more honestly, and form relationships that foster belonging and resilience. We welcome couples, individuals, and families from every background, and provide specialized, affirming support for the LGBTQ community, including compassionate assistance with coming out, family and faith reconciliation, identity development, gender identity and transition, and relationship-focused therapy tailored to your needs.

“At its best, activism is a form of healing. It is about what we do and how we show up in the world. It is about learning and expressing regard, compassion and love.”
